It mounts against your OEM factory grille with bolts, after unclipping/removing the horizontal pieces within the upper OEM factory grille. No modifying to vehicle necessary. The bumper billet grille overlays and mounts to your OEM factory grille with bolts. No modifying to vehicle necessary.
NOTE: Removal of the bumper cover is necessary to perform the install but the photo installation instructions walk you through it step by step.
